The rules of the shop
- 1No live animals, pets, or livestock (unless specified for farm rehoming)
- 2Sellers must describe the item's condition accurately and price it clearly or state “trade” — limit of 2 to 3 items and 2 minutes per call
- 3No stolen property, counterfeit goods, or illegal items
- 4No lottery tickets, gambling devices, or raffles
- 5No firearms, guns, or ammunition allowed
- 6Private, individual parties only — no inventory liquidation for storefronts
- 7No illegal drugs, controlled substances, or prescription medications
- 8No alcoholic beverages or tobacco products
- 9No commercial businesses, retail dealers, or professional flippers
- 10No real estate, houses, land, or rental properties
- 11No employment opportunities or job listings
- 12No hazardous chemicals, toxic materials, or pesticides
- 13No sexually explicit materials, adult content, or dating ads
- 14Callers must state a valid phone number or contact method
- 15Maximum dollar value limits on single items (varies by station, e.g., under $1,000 or $5,000)
- 16No auctions, bidding wars, or “best offer” free-for-alls on air
- 17No links to commercial e-commerce storefronts or eBay auctions
- 18The radio station assumes zero liability for transactions or item quality
- 19All sales are strictly “as-is” between buyer and seller
- 20The station host reserves the right to cut off callers or drop items at any time
- 21Profanity, abusive language, or harassment results in an immediate on-air ban
- 22Out-of-area or long-distance commercial brokers are prohibited (local community focus only)
